Overview


The Rome Area History Center is available for events, weddings and meetings. The beautiful event space features hardwood floors, exposed brick, floor to ceiling windows, AV & lighting, and a full service catering kitchen. 

 

It is conveniently located in Historic Downtown Rome on the top floor of the Rome Area History Center and can be accessed separately from the exhibit space via stairs and elevator.

 

Rental Fee                                                                                

Includes Large Upstairs Event Room,                 Mon-Thurs      $800 (all day)  or    $400 (1/2 day-4hrs) 

         Friday - Sunday rental is   $900.00 (all day) 

Cleaning & Damage Deposit


There is a $400 cleaning and damage deposit in addition to the rental fee. This fee is refundable as long as the building is left in the same condition it was at the time of rental.


Space & Seating Capacity

  • 2 rooms - 2,500 square feet and 1,500 square feet
  • Conference/Classroom Style - 100 person seating capacity
  • Reception Style - 200 person seating capacity

 Table & Chair Inventory

  • 8 foot long rectangle tables
  • 60 inch round tables
  • Black resin chairs
